The Journal for Juridical Science, established in 1976, is an accredited journal which publishes research articles in law in Afrikaans and English. Interdisciplinary contributions which bridge the gap between legal scholarship and other pertinent academic disciplines are welcomed. Successful articles qualify for subsidy by the National Department of Education. The Journal is published bi-annually by the Faculty of Law, University of the Free State. The subscription fee is R90, 00 pa. For purposes of reference the Journal may be abbreviated to JJS.
